Terms & Conditions of Sale All prices are in New Zealand Dollars. We offer a refund on unwanted purchases bought online only as you can't physically see and touch the product, this is providing that: they are returned within 7 days of date of dispatch they are in excellent condition proof of purchase is included Prices are subject to change, without notification. We will not refund postage. Unwanted returned goods incur a 20% re-stocking fee, regardless of exchange or return, so please choose carefully. This does not apply to products hand chosen in our shop. Delivery Your order will be delivered by courier, so please ensure you give a physical address in the Delivery Address section of the order form. For delivery within New Zealand we charge a flat rate of $5.50.  But please note, if your order weighs over 3kg, or is too large to fit in an A5 courier bag,  then postage will be $9.50. We will contact you to let you know if there is any change to your postage before charging your card. Please allow three working days delivery within New Zealand. If, for any reason, any items in your order are not available - you will not be charged. International Order We only accept International Orders from Europe, United States of America and Australia. International postage is generally between $8-12, if your package is going to cost over $15 to send, then we will contact you first before sending your order, or charging your card. If it is under $15, we will send your order without confirming postage. International packages that are under 2kg are not tracked by Airpost. If you would like your parcel to be issued with a track and trace number, then postage will be an additional $10. We cannot take responsibility for parcels that are lost by the postal service, and cannot be traced because of no trace number. Overseas customers, Bead Gallery are not liable for any import duties or taxes that may be payable in your country.  If you have any specific delivery questions please email us and we'll try to help. If, for any reason, any items in your order are not available - you will not be charged. Payment Alternatively to Credit Card or Cheque payment, we now accept bank deposits. To make an order and pay by bank deposit please place your order online as usual. Upon check-out, select the cheque payment option and enter cheque number 123. Once your order is packed we will email you with the total cost, and our bank details. For cheque payments - please make cheques out to 'Bead Gallery' and send to the address below. The cheque must be received by us before we will release the package.
